Cathay Pacific – Website, eBook, Digital Marketing, Social Videos
Working in partnership with Marathon Agency we created a full content-based campaign that spread across multiple platforms to help promote Hong Kong as a vacation destination. Leveraging amazing photography, we created a CMS controlled website, interactive eBook, pre-roll video, and standard and dynamic HTML5 banners to drive traffic.
On top of the content platform, we’ve been creating standard and rich media banners and motion graphic/CGI pre-roll animations for them for over 3 years, and still going strong. We also create a lot of dynamic banners for them, dynamically targeting consumers and offers by offering different fares, origins, and destinations.
72 Hours in Hong Kong
The Hong Kong content portal serves as a destination for all of Cathay Pacific’s destination specific marketing. The site is regularly updated with new articles and content, and connects users to Cathay’s flight booking engine, as well as provides links to download the interactive eBook.
To accompany the website, Bonfire built an interactive eBook to showcase the amazing experiences available when visiting Hong Kong. The book utilized amazing photography, and we incorporated cinemagraphs, videos, audio, and social media sharing functionality.
