Liberty Tax is a leader in tax preparation and financial solutions for a wide variety of customers. They came to us requesting help to improve their corporate site, and charged us with creating a best-in-class experience that would be both easy to maintain and allow for an optimal user experience. Most importantly, the site needed to quickly get customers into the tax conversion funnel that made best sense for their personal needs whether that meant going in-store and filing with a tax professional, working online with a little help, or doing it yourself.

Along with our partners at CL&P, we created a simplified UX and UI that will allow for ease in finding important information, speed up the ability to update promotions and timely content while continually driving customers through the right funnel for their tax filing needs.
